Where your tea & spice are from?

We source our tea, herbs, and spice products from Sri Lanka, on and around it's highest geographical peak.

How do you source the tea?

Our tea is sourced directly from a family-owned plantation in Sri Lanka, known for its rich tradition and expertise in tea cultivation. We maintain a close partnership with the plantation owners, ensuring that our tea is produced under fair labor conditions and with environmentally responsible methods. This direct relationship allows us to provide our customers with high-quality, authentic Ceylon tea while supporting the local community and preserving the natural beauty of Sri Lanka.

What is the delivery process?

We use postal services for all our deliveries, with a flat $10 fee. Orders above $50 qualify for free shipping, and you can track your order using the tracking number you receive after completing the purchase. Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed, and 3-5 business days to be delivered to your door for you to enjoy.

Can I try a sample of your tea?

It takes a while to figure out your pallette when it comes to tea. While we are able to source over 500 varieties of tea, we only offer our Black Ceylon Tea to our Canadian customers at the moment. Stay tuned for updates though, as we will be launching more flavors along with a sampler collection soon!
